FiftySounds License
Here is an overview of what FiftySounds’ content can and can't be used for.
What is allowed
All content on FiftySounds can be used for free for commercial and non-commercial use, in synchronisation with other audio or video, except in the cases mentioned in "What is not allowed".
Attribution is required. You must credit our music tracks by placing a link to https://www.fiftysounds.com on your video, website, or wherever the music is used.
How to attribute:
For websites: insert the attribution on the page where the track is to be played.
For videos: the attribution must appear in the description field.
For radio and television: please, include the link in your main website.
You can make modifications to content from FiftySounds.
Attribution is optional for sound effects.
What is not allowed
Selling, reselling, sublicensing or distributing FiftySounds’ music.
Compiling music from FiftySounds to replicate a similar or competing service.
Using the music for illegal purposes.
Claiming to be the creator or copyright holder of the music.
Using our music to create your own music, song or remix.

FiftySounds grants you an irrevocable, non-exclusive, worldwide license to download, copy, modify, perform, and use the music from FiftySounds for free, including for commercial purposes, in synchronisation with other audio or video, with attribution. This license does not include the right to compile music tracks from FiftySounds to replicate a similar or competing service.
